Get Out of Your Own Way (A Call to Action)

Ever think about how many times you doubt yourself. Here’s a little homework for you. I want you to count how many times you doubt yourself put yourself down or limit yourself in any given situation and write it down on a sheet of paper.
When you’re finished really take a look over all the limitations you place on yourself. Now, ask yourself why these limitations are there. Once you’ve done that, take that piece of paper, crumple it up, and throw it away. That’s what I like to call negativity and that’s something you don’t need to carry on anymore. Drop the burdens of the past and pick up the reigns of the future.

Limitations are an illusion we place on ourselves because we are scared of seeing just how great we really are. If you watched the Spiderman movie back in 2002 starring Tobey Maguire, you probaby heard that famous line; “With great power comes great responsibility.” Could it be that we are dodging responsibility so much that we choose not to recognize our own true power? If so, I say from today on we quit running away from our responsibilities and embrace the destiny meant for us!

It’s time to get out of our own way! And here at RisFit we aim to help with that process the best way we can!

Maximize your ability to affect positive change!

Be RisFit!
